Tesla has decided to increase Model Y prices in some European countries. Türkiye will also get its share from the increases.
US-based electric car manufacturer Tesla started sales in Turkey last year. Tesla first offered only Model Y for sale in our country.
Models that will enter Türkiye's borders are produced in Berlin. Tesla Model Y exceeded expectations by receiving more than 10 thousand orders less than a month after arriving in Turkey.
Tesla announced that it decided to increase Model Y prices in some European countries. As of March 22, base Model Y prices will increase by 2 thousand euros in these regions. The situation is also expected to affect Turkey.
Tesla CEO Elon Musk says that increasing prices are necessary for production to continue.
