Automobile Sales Increased in the European Union in October

Total sales in the European Union automobile market increased by 14.6 percent compared to the same month last year, reaching 855 thousand 484. 

It was understood from the October sales data announced by the European Automobile Manufacturers Association that it was an active month in the automobile market. According to published data, there was a 14.6 percent increase in new car sales in EU countries, with 8 million 484 cars sold in the same period last month. 

In the recent rapidly growing electric car trend, sales increased by 36.3 percent compared to October last year and reached 121 thousand 808. While sales have increased significantly since the last 15 months, the Volkswagen Group made the most sales. Stellantis followed him. 

While the Renault Group ranks third, the fourth belongs to the Hyundai Group, as the first brand from outside Europe.
